  • Subscription made simple.
    Performing Arts promoters ticketing through CenterTix are welcome to subscribe to CenterMail. Simply complete the Cover Page of the CenterMail Subscriber Agreement, and the rest of the contract will be completed for you. Print out the agreement and fax pages 1-4 back, then retain the agreement for your records.
  • You decide your level of eBlasting.
    By subscribing at the level of participation you anticipate for the year, you are not required to pay for more than you require, nor be penalized for upgrading your subscription level if needed. So be sure to project your usage of CenterMail for the Season, choose the right level for you, and sign up today!
  • New CenterMail List Request Form.
    The CenterMail List Request Form has been updated to better choose recipients. Choose the quantity of recipients and then move to the Marketing Criteria and rank the categories you from 1 (most important) to 10 (least important). This ranking will be used to get as close to the quantity you requested as possible. If recipient’s location is more important to you, then do the same in the Zip Code Criteria. Using your criteria and the preferences set by those who sign up for CenterMail electronically, your eBlast marketing will be more effective than ever!
  • Scheduling of eBlasts.
    You no longer need to wait until the last minute to create your blasts throughout the year!
    If you have a plan to promote an event or performance that will happen at the end of the season, we can work through your email-blast marketing today. The actual eBlast can be sent only to you for your review until you are satisfied (with no deduction in your subscription numbers) and once you have finalized the look and the content, the blast can be scheduled for any time in the future and will automatically be sent out on the date and time you require.
  • Develop an editorial plan to create newsletters that best represent the vision of your organization.
    We can work with you to create a calendar that lists when you’ll be mailing your eBlasts, what patrons you’ll be targeting, the content you’ll need to include, and any artwork that will need to be designed. The bottom line: preparation is the key for successful e-mail marketing.  When you allow yourself the time to pay attention to the small details in your e-newsletters, your patrons will pay attention to you.
  • Reports will be sent to you for each eBlast generated by CenterMail.
    This report will tell you of the successfulness of the blast sent in the Delivery Statistics, how many recipients actually opened the blast by the View Statistics, and the most clicked link by the Click Through Activity, among other things.
  • Electronic mailing list sign-up linked to both the ACPA website and CenterTix.
    This will allow anyone to voluntarily join the CenterMail listing, whether or not they have purchased tickets to past events.
  • Automatic sign-up by pulling names from the ShoWare Ticketing System.
    When you request marketing criteria, we will continue to pull names off the ShoWare database and flag them with a hidden code to include them even if they have not signed up manually to our mailing list. By doing this we will add anyone new to our listing and they will be sent an automatic notification that they were added; then they can set their preferences at this time.
  • Recipient’s automatic unsubscribe option.
    Previously, the recipient was told to reply to the email with REMOVE in the subject line. I then manually flagged them in a separate database; when I created new listings for your requests, I manually pulled them out of the listing. Since this was such a manual process, a recipient may have been sent a notification that they did not wish to receive. This caused frustration and a flagging of CenterMail by some as Junk. With the automatic unsubscribe option, the recipient controls their opt-out without any manual manipulation on my part.
  • Direct Mail Listing Services are still available.
    Utilizing the CenterMail listing and the ShoWare database we are able to target those recipients who truly wish to receive your message. These lists will be updated quarterly utilizing the NCOA process to get the best address for our lists – less postal returns means a better return on your marketing dollar.
