Seating for Customers Who Experience a Disability
CenterTix is committed to serving our customers who experience a disability or who have special needs. Important improvements have been made to our service which allow individual seats to be designated as accessible and for these seats to be purchased online.
Mobility Disabilities - Accessible seats for customers who have a substantial mobility impairment are available for every show. The individual using these seats does not have to be seated in a wheelchair (unless otherwise indicated by the show description). For reserved events with assigned seating, these seats will appear on our map with the letter "W" in the center. For genearal admission events, any ticket can be purchased for use by a person with a mobility disability; and we recommend that the ticket buyer contact CenterTix at centertix@alaskapac.org so that the event staff can be informed.
Hearing Disabilities - ASL interpreter view seats for use by individuals with a substantial hearing impairment are available for select shows. For shows that have committed to providing this service, the seats will appear on our map with the letter "i" in the center. In some cases, the interpretation is only offered and must be confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to the performance. Once the service is confirmed, the ASL interpreter view seats will be made available.
For personal assistance or for more information, please contact CenterTix at 907-263-2787 (voice), 1-877-278-7849 (toll free voice), 263-2717 (TTY) or centertix@centertix.net.
